At the end of his service, the Minister shall receive a gratuity bonus for the entire duration of his ministerial service at the rate of twelve months’ salary for each year, provided that his term of office has been no fewer than two years, and this requirement may be waived at the Emir’s discretion.

The basic salary of the Minister shall be the basis for calculating the gratuity benefit.

In the eventof service terminating due to removal from office in accordance with Item 4 of Article 22, the bonus may be withheld, in whole or in part, in accordance with a decision of the Emir.
