The Worker shall be entitled to the Remuneration identified in the Employment Contract. And if the Employment Contract does not determine it, the Worker shall be entitled to that specified in the Work Organization Regulations. If the Remuneration is not specified in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Worker shall be entitled to a Remuneration equivalent to what is specified for Work of a similar type in the Establishment, or otherwise in accordance with the custom applicable to the profession at the place where the Work is performed, and if this does not exist, the judge will assess the Remuneration in accordance with the requirements of justice.
