24أبريل DOHA: The Ministry of Justice’s Legal and Judicial Studies Center and Police Training Institute signed a memorandum of cooperation. The memorandum of cooperation comes within the framework of the national vision for the training of human cadres, and the joint keenness to share the latest experiences and training programmes. The memorandum was signed by Director of Legal and Judicial Studies Center, Fatima Abdulaziz Bilal, and Assistant Director of the Police Training Institute, Major Ali bin Saud Al Hanzab. Under the memorandum of cooperation, the centre and the institute exchanged experiences for training in both parties. They also exchange scientific means and tools that contribute to the development of the knowledge and skills of legal persons, officers and police personnel and their support groups. Each of the parties shall benefit from the training and institutional and specialised qualification programs accredited to them, which have a common benefit in achieving the desired goal, as well as exchanging experiences in the implementation of joint research projects, holding seminars and scientific conferences and workshops in areas of mutual interest. Legal and Judicial Studies Center undertakes the tasks of preparing and qualifying judges, prosecutors, and jurists. Police Training Institute carries out the tasks of preparing and qualifying officers and police personnel for investigation and prosecution.
