The Attorney General,     
Having perused Law No. 32 of 1995, preventing the damage to the flora ecosystem as amended;
Law No. 23 of 2004, promulgating the Criminal Procedure Law, in particular Article 27 thereof;
Law No. 17 of 2005, on compounding the offences provided for in the Municipality Laws;
and
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning;
Hereby resolves as follows:

Articles

Article 1

The following employees shall be vested with the powers of judicial enforcement officers, in order to control and prove offences committed in violation of the provisions of Law No. 32 of 1995, preventing the damage to the flora ecosystem and the decisions issued for the implementation thereof:

Article 2

All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall enforce this Resolution which shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
