Having perused the Constitution;
Law No. 13 of 1988 on the temporary expropriation and appropriation of real estate for the public benefit and the amending legislation thereto;
Emiri Resolution No. 29 of 1996 on the Council of Ministers Resolutions submitted to the Emir for ratification and issuance;
Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning Resolution No. 9 of 2010 considering the project of expanding the First Ring Road (Phase I) one of the works of public benefit; and
The proposal of the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning,
Hereby resolves the following:
