We, Khalifa Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar;
Having perused the Amended Provisional Constitution, in particular Articles 23, 34 and 51 thereof;
Civil Service Law as promulgated by Decree-Law No. 9 of 1967, and the Amending Laws thereof;
Law No. 10 of 1970 identifying the authority responsible of recruitment and removal from public office;
The draft Law submitted by the Council of Ministers; and
After taking the opinion of the Shura Council;
Hereby promulgate the following Law:
