We,  Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Deputy Emir of Qatar,

Having perused the Amended Provisional Constitution, in particular Articles 22, 23, 34 and 51 thereof,

Law No. 11 of 1962 establishing a Commercial Registration System, as amended;

Law No. 7 of 1974 regulating the auditing profession,

Law No. 7 of 1988 concerning the controls on the practice of entrepreneurship by the GCC citizens in the State of Qatar,

Law No. 15 of 1993 on the establishment of the Qatar Central Bank, as amended by Law No. 19 of 1997,

Decree-Law No. 22 of 1993 organising the Ministry of Finance, Economy and Commerce, and defining its functions,

Law No. 4 of 1995 on the Accounting Bureau, as amended,
