Rights and Privileges of Ministers

5 Article

The Ministers shall receive monthly allowances, benefits and bonuses determined by an Emiri Resolution.
6 Article

The duration and conditions of Ministers’ vacation time shall be determined by a resolution of the Council of Ministers.
7 Article

Ministers’ travel for official missions abroad on behalf of the State shall be in accordance with a resolution of the Council of Ministers and, in the event of urgent cases, Ministers’ travel shall be in accordance with a resolution by the Prime Minister.
8 Article

A delegated Minister on an official mission abroadon behalf ofthe State shall receive financial allocations and arepresentative’s allowance as determined by the Emiri Resolution referred to in Article 5 of this Law.
9 Article

The Emir may entrust a Minister to undertake the work of Ministers who are absent on vacation,on an official mission abroad or when such a post is vacant.
