    Starting Date: 29/12/2005 Expiry Date : 26/07/2007
     An authority called Qatar Financial Market Authority hereinafter referred to as the “Authority” shall be established. The Authority shall have a juristic personality and shall have a budget attached to the budget of the Ministry.

     An authority called Qatar Financial Market Authority hereinafter referred to as the “Authority” shall be established. The Authority shall have a juristic personality and enjoy financial and administrative autonomy; and supervisory, control and regulatory powers in accordance with the provisions of this law, and implementing bylaws and regulations. The Authority shall not be subject to the Law of Public Authorities and Corporations.
