  1. Article 40 ( Amended By Law 23 / 2010 )
    Starting Date: 01/01/1980 Expiry Date : 11/11/2010
     Without prejudice to any other greater penalty provided in any other law, any person convicted of a violation of this law or bylaws thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment not exceeding three years or a fine not exceeding ten thousand (10,000) Riyals, or both. In all cases, the movable antiquity shall be confiscated and delivered to the Department of Tourism and Antiquities.
