     The following particulars shall be included in licenses required for excavation of antiquities:
    1. Capacity of licensed entity or mission, as well as previous experience in excavation for antiquities.
    2. Determination, with supporting maps, of archaeological domain to be excavated.
    3. Project execution timeline.
    4. Any other conditions deemed necessary by the Department of Tourism and Antiquities.
