(As amended pursuant to Article 1 of Decree-Law No. 22 of 2007)

The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs shall, in coordination with the relevant authorities, issue the necessary decisions for the implementation of the provisions of the attached Law. Without prejudice to its provisions, applicable decisions shall be in force until these decisions are issued.

The Minister of Civil Service Affairs and Housing shall, in coordination with the relevant authorities, issue the necessary decisions for the implementation of the attached Law. Without prejudice to its provisions, applicable decisions shall be in force until these decisions are issued.
