    Starting Date: 01/01/1976 Expiry Date : 18/06/2002
    1.       The bidder shall appear before the Committee to present his case before it issues its sanction decision. He may attend by himself or with his representative but his absence shall not stop the Committee from issuing its decision.
    1. The bidder may submit a grievance   against the sanction to the Minister of Finance and Petroleum within seven days of the Committee's decision and the Minister's decision thereon shall be final.

    1.       The bidder shall appear before the Committee to present his casebefore it issuesits sanction decision. He may attend by himself or with his representative but his absence shall not stopthe Committee from issuing its decision.
    1. The bidder may submit a complaint against the sanction to the Minister of Finance within seven days ofthe Committee's decision and the Minister's decision thereon shall be final.
