    Starting Date: 01/01/1975 Expiry Date : 09/07/1995
    The provisions of this law shall apply to the following premises:
     
    1.      Industrial and commercial businesses.
    2.      Public premises, such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, clubs and the like.
    3.      Premises of self-employed entrepreneurs, such as clinics, offices and other similar establishments.
    4.      Business which create a disturbance or are harmful or dangerous to safety and health.

    Starting Date: 09/07/1995
    The provisions of this law shall apply to the following premises:
    Firstly: industrial and commercial premises.
    Secondly: businesses selling food and drink; such as restaurants, cafes, and the likes;
    Thirdly: hospitality businesses; such as hotels, guest houses and the like;
    Fourthly: businesses which disturb one's comfort, or are harmful or dangerous to health.

The provisions of this law shall apply to the following premises:
Firstly: industrial and commercial premises.
Secondly: businesses selling food and drink; such as restaurants, cafes, and the likes;
Thirdly: hospitality businesses; such as hotels, guest houses and the like;
