    Starting Date: 06/12/1998 Expiry Date : 14/09/2005
     Without prejudice to any greater penalty provided for by another law, an offender who violates the provisions of Article (58) 31 , 45  of the present Law, shall be sentenced either to imprisonment for not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months and/or to a fine of not less than six thousand (6,000) riyals and not more than twelve thousand (12,000) riyals.

    Starting Date: 14/09/2005
    Without prejudice to any greater penalty provided for by another law, an offender who violates the provisions of Articles (31, last paragraph), (45 paragraph 1-2), (58) of the present Law, shall be sentenced either to imprisonment for not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months and/or to a fine of not less than six thousand (6,000) riyals and not more than twelve thousand (12,000) riyals.
